Lonny Papp became a professional Auctioneer upon graduating from Nashville Auction School in 2007. Since then, Lonny has called over 1,000 auctions, most recently for more than a dozen public agencies, selling a wide range of assets — from heavy equipment and fleet vehicles to government surplus and real estate. He has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to local agencies and places significant importance on his work with non-profit organizations.

Lonny is a graduate of the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), the most respected professional development program in the auction industry. Earning this designation demonstrates his commitment to excellence, leadership, and continuing education in the field. He holds a Florida Real Estate License and spent over a decade working in the mortgage and real estate industry before expanding into auctions. Lonny is also a USPAP Certified Personal Property Appraiser with expertise in valuing all types of goods and inventory. Over the years, he has worked with the American Heart Association, numerous public and private schools, community organizations, and a variety of real estate and liquidation auction companies.

Known for his engaging presence and natural ability to energize a crowd, Lonny brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and results to every event he leads.

Rochelle is known for her sharp attention to detail and her exceptional communication skills—ensuring both buyers and sellers feel informed and supported throughout the entire process.
